Meet the Main Ladies: Matilda, Tamale & Golda
These three queens of the coop are as unique as they come, each with her own charm and personality.
Tamale (pictured here) is the undeniable showstopper. With her sleek, dark plumage and piercing gaze, she’s not just beautiful—she’s pure drama. Tamale knows how to make an entrance and isn’t afraid of a spotlight, whether she’s strutting across the yard or casting shadows in a moody photoshoot.
Matilda brings balance to the flock, a calm and steady presence who always keeps the peace. She’s the quiet leader, unflappable and wise, making sure everyone finds their place.
Golda lives up to her name with a sunny disposition and golden charm. She’s the social butterfly of the group, always the first to explore, check out what is going on or first in line for treats.
Meet Crow, The Coop Heartthrob
Crow (pictured here) isn’t just the main rooster—he’s the undisputed heartthrob of the flock. With his glossy, jet-black feathers and regal stance, he’s got the looks and the charm to turn heads.
But don’t let his dashing appearance fool you—this sweet boy has a heart of gold. Whether he’s keeping a watchful eye on his ladies or softly calling them over for treats, Crow leads with care and kindness.
A true gentleman and the feathered Casanova of the yard, Crow is the king of hearts and the heart of the coop.
Travis, the "King of the Zombies,"
Travis, the "King of the Zombies," is a special member of The Witch’s Coop. Remember when I mentioned it took many orders of hatching eggs to get my flock? Travis is one that hatched. Despite tiniest hint of red in his waddles, he earned his place in the a coop by being the rooster that mates with Leg & Fernando. He has continually produce perfect "Zombie Chickens" with the select ladies.
And his name is Travis because he is SUPER emo.

The Whole Gang
This isn’t just any flock—it’s a full-on cast of personalities, feathers, and charm. From the sweetest hens to the most regal roosters, each bird in the gang has their own unique vibe.
It would take an entire page to list all of their names... but here are a few:
- Bapplesauce—THE HBIC! The CHUNKIEST of White Brahmas
- Hen Solo and Prince Lay-a—stars of the coop saga.
- Oprah Wingfree—queen of the giveaways (treats, that is).
- Mother, Maiden, and Crone—our wise and timeless trio of Black Copper Marans.
- Taco (pictured here), Parmesan, Marsala, — Some our of Road Island feathered friends with food-inspired flair.
- Monkey, Banshee, Ben, and Bug—rounding out the flock with tiny flair.
- And others like Lady, Sunny, Peach, Cazimi, and Miriam, adding heart, charm, and a little sass to the lineup.
Together, they make up a feathered ensemble cast full of quirks and undeniable charm. From dramatic top-knots to golden personalities, this gang rules the yard with style, humor, and just the right amount of cluckin’ chaos.
